What is FLEX Football?
FLEX bridges the gap between flag and tackle football game.
Game play 9v9 format with 3 o-line, 2 d-lineman blocking and pass rush allowed, 2 hand touch to down a player, true football IQ to be learned as the scheme directly correlated to the tackle game. The rules allowed all necessary fundamentals to be developed but protected the head from trauma. Lastly, with the inclusion of soft-shell gear, participants received that real football feel and coaches have the ability to teach the correct technique. SBYS is affiliated with National Flex Football (NFX) volunteer coaches will be trained and certified on Flex Gameplay,

SBYS website is hosted by Sports Connect. There's a $3 transaction fee to be paid at check out starting Dec 4. The registering member can sign up all of their kids at one time and only pay one transaction fee.
